But given the timing on this, I feel like they were unethical/deceptive in selling their product advertising a lifetime warranty knowing they were shutting down, at least at the corporate level they knew. If my Parker bow purchased with lifetime warranty breaks (even if it's due to factory defect), I'll be responsible to search and pay for aftermarket repair parts and do the job myself or pay an archery shop for parts and labor. Had I known this would be the situation, I would likely have bought a different brand which I will be able to contact for support in the future if necessary. They only notify registered owners on December 17 that any warranty claims RECEIVED at their office after Dec 31 will be rejected. So I am kind of peeved they would still tout their lifetime warranty to liquidate inventory knowing full well that they would be out of business soon, and the warranty is garbage.
